  1. Anti-bloating Detox Water

Ingredients:

3-5 slices of fresh cucumber

½ small lemon sliced

¼ orange sliced

A few fresh mint leaves

24 oz of ice-cold water

Instructions:

Keep in mind that the more you refill your jug, glass or bottle with the same fruits, the more diluted and less nutrient-dense the fruit becomes

So, I would recommend that after 2 or 3 refills, dump it and replace with fresh cuts to make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need.

2. Aloe Detox Water Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup water

2 tbsp aloe gel

2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Pour the resultant detox water into a container and store in a fridge

Ingredients:

1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar

16 oz sparkling mineral water

1 lemon (juiced)

Stevia (to taste)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together over ice

Ingredients:

Ice

Water

Basil leaves roughly chopped

1 strawberry sliced

3-5 slices of cucumber

Combine all ingredients in a large glass

Let it sit for 5 minutes at least

5. Chia Detox Water

Ingredients:

1-12 oz glass of water

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Juice from 1 lime

¼ teaspoon agave nectar

Instructions:

Fill a glass jar with a lid with drinking water

Add chia seeds to water. Place lid on the jar and shake well. Let set for 10 minutes.

Add juice from 1 lime and ¼ teaspoon agave nectar. Shake again and drink.

6. Cucumber and Lemon Grass Water

Ingredients:

½ cucumber

1 stalk lemon grass

4 cups of water

Ice

Instructions:

Wash the cucumber. Using a vegetable peeler remove some of the waxy peel from the cucumber. Proceed to peel the cucumber into ribbons using the vegetable peeler. Put the ribbons into the pitcher.

Using your hands, peel away the rough outer edge of the lemongrass. Cut the lemongrass in half, lengthwise. Place the lemongrass onto a cutting board. Using a rolling pin, gently smash the lemongrass. Add to the pitcher of ice and cucumber ribbons.

Fill with water. Give a stir. Let chill in the fridge at least an hour.

Fill about ¼ of the pitcher with ice, stir and enjoy!

7. Cucumber Herbal Water

Ingredients:

5 cups of water

10 thin slices of cucumber

2 lemon slices

2 sprigs of fresh mint

3 sprigs of rosemary

Instructions:

Put water in pitcher and add lemon slices and cucumber slices

Crush Mint and rosemary to release flavor, then add to other ingredients.

Refrigerate for several hours

Serve over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with a lemon wedge

8. Cucumber Lemon Detox Water

Ingredients:

8 cups of water

1 cucumber, wedged or sliced

1 lemon, wedged or sliced

10 mint leaves

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and leave to steep overnight in the fridge

Ingredients:

2 pears (cored)

2 carrots

2 stalks celery

2 nectarines (pits removed)

1 lemon (remove the rind leaving most of the white on)

2 cups honeydew melon cubed

1 orange (remove rid leaving most of the white on)

1-inch piece if ginger

Instructions:

Juice all the ingredients in the order they are listed.

Try to dink your juice within the first 12-24 hours to get the most benefits

Ingredients:

2 liters/quarts filtered water

½ green apple

3-inch piece of cucumber

Small handful mint leaves

Squeeze of lemon or lime juice

Instructions:

Fill a large jug with water

Thinly slice the apple ad cucumber. The more thinly you slice them the more surface are there is to release flavor into the water. Add the slices to the water.

Remove the mint leaves from their stems and slightly crush or twist them to help them release their flavor. Add them to the water.

Let chill and steep in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with plenty of ice cubes. Strain out the fruit to serve, or leave some pieces in.
